Performance Data Date Range
The latest dataset was made available in EQuIPP™ as of Tuesday, February 19th. This dataset now includes 6-month performance information based off of prescription drug claims from July 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018 and year-to-date performance information based on prescription drug claims from January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018.
Please note that the performance measures hosted within the EQuIPP™ platform are calculated using prescription drug claims data that has been adjudicated to a health plan or pharmacy benefit manager that partners with EQuIPP™.
This reporting period for the 2018 Year-to-Date (YTD) measurement period will contain all twelve months performance data. Therefore, the patient counts and performance scores for this YTD measurement period will appear differently than those for the 6 Month measurement period also seen with this EQuIPP™ refresh.

Quality Improvement Table for Pharmacies
As a reminder, the Quality Improvement Program (QIP) table for pharmacy users displays a pharmacy’s current performance for each health plan that has elected to share their plan-specific performance. Additionally, the table includes the performance goal for each measure and a percentile rank to help give perspective to the pharmacy’s performance for each health plan or program. If you see “N/A” as the percentile rank – the pharmacy has not met the minimum number of patients needed in the measure to complete the calculation.
CDC Influenza Surveillance Report

The Influenza Vaccination measurement period will be available with the measurement period beginning on June 1st continuing through measurement period to March 31st, 2019 (May 2019 EQuIPP™ release will represent the end of reporting for this measurement period). Due to a new flu season, you may see a performance score of “0%” for the first Influenza Vaccination measurement period (June 1st – July 31st), until the measurement period captures vaccine administrations that would typically begin to take place in August.
• Current reporting period immunization performance data date range: June 1, 2018 – December 31, 2018
